1685-06-14Raphael or Pfahl Schmulins Sohn and Moises or Mauschin Menckhins Sohn, both local Jews, are fined 2 and 10 pounds for a heavy brawl.
- Schmuli is sued for the payment of a horse.
- Two guys have damaged the house of Jew Abraham yonder the gate between 10 and 11 o´clock p.m. on Pentecost Sunday.
1685-07-18Seeligmann buys lands from the estate of Hans Ulrich Sibler and is to pay the debts, including Himself 57 fl. Meyerlin Lehemans Sohn 2 fl. Abraham 2 fl. Modl 4 fl. Marum 50 fl. Jew Menckhen´s heirs 13 fl.
1685-07-23Jekhoff Callmelins Sohn cedes a claim.
1685-07-26The Jewish community is sued for payment of 100 Dukaten.

1685-10-03The goat of Jew Jonas has damaged a garden.
- Jäcklin is fined for bad words.
1685-10-11The boys of Calimilis, Model, and Hirtzel are fined for gambling on a holiday and bothering the Christians. Schmuli Jew Calmilis Sohn is fined for drinking tobacco. Meyerlin Lehemanns Sohn is fined for driving into someone´s grain on Corpus Christi day. Joseph Marums Sohn is fined for driving into someones´s field. Abraham Jew is fined for not cleaning his chimney. The wife of Model is fined for letting the laundry lye (Lauge) run into a well and offending the well master. Calmelin Jew, Hirtzel, Joseph Marumb and Meyerlin Menckhens Sohn are fined because their horses caused damage. The sons of Jew Jäkli are find for going into the stable with open lights.
1685-11-05Hirtzel Jew is fined for unlawful grazing of a horse (probably in Eberfingen).
1685-11-15Jäckhoff Marumbs Sohn is to pay back a credit of 25 fl. which he has obtained at the Zurzach Fair.
1685-11-19Marum is again sued, with reference to the proceedings of 04.06.1683.
1685-11-21Hirtzel Jew from Eberfingen and Schmuhli Seeligmanns Sohn from Stühlingen are fined for brawl.
1685-11-23Jäkoff Jew Marumbs Sohn has failed to pay 112 fl. according to the proceedings of 20.03.1685 and is to expect execution.
1685-12-11Sandel and Seligmann acknowledge payment of 66 fl.
1686-01-11Jew Calmelin claims payment for leather.
1686-01-15David of Eberfingen, cow trade.
1686-01-18Sandel claims 36 fl.
1686-01-28Two creditors claim 290 fl. capital from Marum Jew after they got words that he has recently died and his estate will be distributed among his heirs soon. The heirs, namely son-in-law Model, the son Jossel, and Sandel as assistant of the widow, said they are only liable for eight days, which was found not acceptable, so the inheritance (estate) was officially sealed.
1686-02-07Jew David is for the third time sued for payment of 6 fl.
1686-03-12Jew Jäcklin owes 26 fl. to the community of Horheim.
1686-03-13The following Jews make mutual accounts with Hans Grieser of Mauchen: Seeligmann, Lew, Meyerlin Lehemans Sohn, Schmuhli Calmelis Sohn.
1686-03-18Jew Mauschi, quarrel after a horse and bull trade.
1686-04-01Margretha Gluntzer, the widow of Hans Jacob Hürlinger in Hallau, says late Jew Menckhin in Stühlingen has loaned her husband 10 fl. and took a silver cup as a pawn. Menckhin did not return it, but passed it to Jew Leb who is married with his sister´s daughter. Leb has collected the interest for some years. The widow has now found a receipt whereas the credit had been paid back in 1670. (A long matter).
1686-04-04Callmelin acknowledges payment. Other creditors are: Marum 25 fl. Jekoff Marumb Sohn 3 fl. Model Weihl grain Meyerlin Menckhins Sohn 5 fl. Seligmann 4 fl. They were all paid, and Calmele translated their receipts into German.
1686-04-24Jew Schmuhli Calmelins Sohn is fined for verbal injuries.
1686-05-01Chrstian Stenhauer owes Seligmann Jew 150 fl.
1686-08-13Leib has acquired a claim against his father Jonas.
1686-09-06Hirtzel of Stühlingen sues some boys for an attack on an overland road.
1686-09-23Horheim. Jökli (Jäglin) Lang Jew has taken away pears.

1686-10-09Verbal injuries by Jäckhoff Gugenum of Stühlingen against Judle Weil of Untereggingen.

- The following are fined 1 fl. each because their cattle or horses damaged the tithe sheaves: Sandel, Lew, Seeligmann, Jäglin, Meyer Lehemanns Sohn, Callmelin, Schmulin Callmelins Sohn, Schmuhlin Seligmans Sohn, Meyer Menckhins Sohn, Jossel Marums Sohn, Schmuhlin der Gross, Isaac Schmuhlins Sohn. Mausche Menckhins Sohn let his horse run unattended.
1686-11-12Jäggle Jew promises to pay 18 fl.
1686-11-22David Jew of Eberfingen did not appear upon summons.

1686-12-10The debtors of late Jew Marum are to pay by New Year´s Day on pain of execution.

1687-04-15The debtors of late Christoph Grießer sell this man´s house, yard, fields, meadows, gardens and vine-yards for 1200 florins to Jew Sandel.
- Jew Sandel resells the house and several pieces of land.
1687-04-28The heirs of Jew Marum make a down payment of a debt which was once 290 fl.
1687-06-20Jew Jäckhoff Calmelins Sohn is fined 10 pounds for gambling for a much higher amount (the served wine) than permitted.

- A bull of Sandel Jew´s son in Eberfingen was taken away and carried to Horheim.
1687-07-11Jew Calmelin of Stühlingen sold a calf. His son Jäckoff took the calf away from buyer, pretending he owns part of it.
1687-07-16Elias Meyer, Jew Jäglins son of Stühlingen. has spread slander about Marum Weihl of Untereggingen, saying he has stolen silver spoons from Calmelin. He is fined 10 pounds because he has said it to the future wife of Marum and thus tried to prevent a marriage.
1687-07-23Sandel loans out 12 fl.
1687-07-29Jew Pfohl Schmuhlis Sohn has failed to appear at court.
1687-08-01Upon a decree of 09.07.1687, the community of Horheim is ordered to accept Jew Jonas from Ofteringen. He may live in the unattended little house which Jew Sandel has acquired from bankrupt Christoph Grieser.
- Jew Sandel sells this small house with half a barn and half a stable and a garden for 180 fl. to Hans Amman.
1687-08-12Sheriff Hans Giesinger has again sued Jonas Jew Marums Sohn for payment. Debtor promises to pay and deposits some golden dishes as a pawn.
1687-09-15Martin Wirth of Untereggingen borrows 100 fl. from Marum Jew of Endingen.
1687-10-06Horheim: Benedict Jew who has moved in from Ofteringen has taken away a lantern from Hans Brotz and gave it some Jews from Swabia who were moving through. Jonas the other Jew who had formerly lived here did not observe (watch) his goat.
1687-11-21The heirs of Jew Marum, represented by their brother Jonele, claim 12 fl.
